DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of 40% of your estimated total is required to secure all bookings. This amount goes toward your final balance.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Please send the deposit within 1 hour of booking to avoid losing your spot.

LATE POLICY

There is a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

NAIL PREP

Please arrive with bare nails unless you’ve booked a soak-off.

If removal is required and not booked in advance, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

IN-SALON SERVICES

• Location address will be provided after booking and deposit.

• Free parking available on-site or nearby.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

• You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

• One-time rescheduling is allowed with proper notice — otherwise, a new deposit will be required.

EXTRA GUESTS

No extra guests are allowed unless previously discussed. (Kids’ appointments are the only exception.)

BEFORE & AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS

Appointments outside of regular hours (before 9 AM or after 6:30 PM) are available by request only.

A fee of $10–$30 will be added, depending on the time.
